My name is Eloise Eppes Foster, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the human services field. I have provided services to children, and adults. I am a generalist practitioner with primary focus with depression, anxiety, grief, and caregiving stress.
My approach to therapy is to engage where we can interact in a manner that is open and honest. It is important that we openly communicate and work together to problem solve. I will listen openly so that I can support you.
Our first session will consist of introductions and getting to know you while we focus on your goals for therapy. I will create a safe environment for you to be able to communicate honestly while feeling comfortable.
