Great to meet you!

Change is inevitable and constant, but I can help you navigate through that!

Hi! My name is Elsa and I look forward to meeting you! I've been licensed since 2012.I particularly enjoy working with young adults and adults going through life transitions.

Although I am open to working with everyone and anyone, my area of practice is working specifically with Asian/ Asian- Americans, 1st and 2nd gen, dealing with family of origin issues associated with acculturation differences.

My approach to therapy

I've been licensed since 2012 and my approach to therapy has always been collaborative, warm, and empathetic. You deserve to feel heard and understood. My main focus in treatment is the therapeutic alliance- my rapport with you! Without trust, there won't be results or progress. I meet my clients where they are at and journey alongside them at their speed. My approach is Solutions Focused, where we build upon the strengths that are already within you!

What you can expect from me

With empathy and compassion, we will collaboratively work together to achieve your goals.
