Great to meet you!

Are you ready to uncover your strengths and make the positive changes you've been looking for? With 19 years of experience, I provide guidance and support to promote lasting personal growth. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and their families, and I continue to support adults through therapy. I have a passion for listening—truly listening—and helping you recognize the powerful skills and inherent strengths you already possess. My goal is to collaborate with you to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, helping you realize your power to make the behavioral changes required for a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and entirely centered on your unique journey. I believe healing is rooted in your existing strengths. I typically use powerful, practical methods designed for real-world change, including skills-based tools (DBT), solution-focused work, and methods for understanding your inner world (Internal Family Systems).

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to listen to what led you to therapy. You set the pace. We will dedicate time for you to share your story, your struggles, and determine your initial goals. The focus is primarily on you. You can also ask me any questions you have about the process or my approach. I invite you to reach out today.
