Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Elsa. My path into this work was shaped by personal experiences and a deep sense of calling to serve. I saw how trauma, transitions, and everyday challenges impact individuals and families, especially in underserved and culturally diverse communities. My focus is on anxiety, depression, PTSD, family issues, trauma, relationships, stress management, and grief. I mainly support teens, young adults, adults and seniors. I create safe spaces where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Listening to stories of resilience, faith, and hope formed my heart as a therapist, and I now create safe spaces where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, compassionate, and purpose-driven space where healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and heard. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and centered on your unique story and strengths. I use evidence-based practices with intentional reflection to help you move beyond survival into meaningful growth, resilience, and more intentional living, at a pace that respects your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where we slow down, get curious about what brought you here, and explore what healing and growth could look like for you. I will invite you to share as you feel ready, honor your story, and work with you to clarify your goals. Together, we will begin building a collaborative plan that supports purposeful, culturally sensitive, and lasting change. Please schedule a session through my calendar.
