Great to meet you!

Driven by a passion for increasing access to mental health care, I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Denver in 2022. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, I am dedicated to supporting couples, adults, teens, and families as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a deeply personal space for your story, and it’s an honor to walk alongside you on your journey. I bring a friendly, warm, and lighthearted approach, using humor and genuine connection to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you can feel truly seen and understood.

What you can expect from me

Following a client-centered approach, I will empower you to take the lead in defining your hopes and goals for our work together.
