Great to meet you!

I am a neurodivergent Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I believe that building on strengths and understanding neurodiversity are essential parts of helping people thrive. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel understood rather than judged or pressured to fit into unrealistic expectations.

I specialize in working with ADHD and also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD). My goal is to help clients better understand how their minds work, develop practical strategies for daily life, and build greater self-compassion, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert in your own life and experiences. My role is not to tell you who to be or what choices to make, but to support you in gaining clarity, insight, and confidence in yourself and your goals.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel ready and willing to make it. If we choose to work together, you decide what you want to change, and together we’ll map out the steps to help you get there. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping you move forward at a pace that feels realistic and empowering for you.

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story and understand your goals for therapy — but if you’re not ready to share everything right away, that’s completely okay. I believe trust and comfort take time, and I strive to meet you where you are without pressure or judgment.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where you can open up at your own pace. Together, we’ll build a supportive therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move toward healing and growth.
