Building a private practice has always been about more than business. It is about showing up for people the way I wish someone had shown up for them. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a deep focus on women's health, reproductive wellness, and the emotional weight that comes with fertility journeys and life transitions. Telehealth allows me to meet clients where they are, right in the comfort of their homes across Florida. I welcome anyone who is ready to take a meaningful step toward feeling more like themselves.

My approach is warm and grounded. I take time to understand the full picture of what someone is going through, including physical health, life circumstances, and emotional experience. Together, we build a path forward that feels realistic, sustainable, and centered on what matters most to you.

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I want to hear about what brought you here and what you hope to feel or do differently. We will talk about your background, what has worked before, and what has not. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We start from where you are.
