Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with are adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Both men and women often seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. I provide a supportive space to process experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and build resilience. I also have specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and support women navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with confidence.

I provide in-person and virtual counseling for adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life stress. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which helps people process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strength is my ability to balance empathy with structure. Clients often share that they feel truly heard and understood, while also gaining practical tools that help them make real progress outside of sessions.

I specialize in helping individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns, process past experiences, and build emotional regulation skills. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented — so you’re not just talking, you’re actively working toward feeling better.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe, heard, and supported. We will take time to get to know one another, explore what brings you to counseling, and discuss your concerns, experiences, and goals for therapy. I will also review the counseling process, confidentiality, and what you can expect moving forward. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I believe in meeting you where you are. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. Together, we will begin creating a personalized plan that supports your healing, growth, and overall emotional well-being.
