I have over a decade of experience, I have worked extensively in mental health services, first in a residential treatment center for at-risk youth and now as an outpatient therapist. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing me to provide specialized care.
