Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider (PMH-C), with advanced practice experience in nursing and endocrinology. Caring for individuals across the lifespan, trained also in women’s mental health, reproductive mental health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and menopause.

My approach to therapy

I recognize you as an individual with your own story, feelings, and experiences. We will work together to explore your concerns and goals. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, with a genuine commitment to understanding your unique needs. We will develop a personalized treatment plan that respects your preferences and ensures you feel comfortable, heard, and understood in a supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to seek support and identify your concerns and goals. My aim is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. We will take time to get to know each other and determine how we can best support your mental health and well-being.
