I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background and training in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with clients with issues related to life transitions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I also work with couples on communication, conflict resolution, healing from infidelity and past traumas, and improving intimacy and connection.
