Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin, I believe mental health is deeply connected to our values, relationships, and the skills we use to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward growth and healing. I have experience in Christian counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I enjoy collaborating with clients to find what works best for them. I’ve been fully licensed since 2024 and work with adult women and men who are ready to invest in themselves and their well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has unique strengths, gifts, and values that deserve to be seen and honored. My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized, focused on helping you recognize and build upon what’s already within you. Once we decide to work together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals, values, and needs. I aim to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported, while also being gently challenged to grow. I will listen closely, validate your experiences, and encourage you along the way. If you’re looking for practical tools or a clear plan to handle a specific challenge, we can work on that together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but I aim for the conversation to feel natural and supportive rather than overwhelming. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. While the first session is a bit different from future sessions, it helps lay the foundation for our work together. From there, we’ll collaborate to create an individualized plan that aligns with your goals and values.
