Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University, where I also minored in Psychology, and went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from York College of Pennsylvania.

My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to create a treatment plan that is realistic, individualized, and aligned with your goals. Whether you are seeking psychiatric care for the first time or looking for a new provider, I want you to feel supported throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on understanding the whole person and collaborating on the best treatment plan each individual. I value open communication, education, and shared decision-making, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in your care.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, mood concerns, life stressors, or other mental health challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more balanced, supported, and confident moving forward. I aim to provide a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to embrace your journey toward better mental health.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to treatment. We'll talk about your current concerns, symptoms, personal and mental health history, previous treatment experiences, and your goals for care. I’ll take the time to listen to your story and ask questions that help me better understand you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. Together, we'll discuss treatment options and develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, recommendations for therapy or other supports, and practical next steps based on your needs and goals. You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where you can ask questions and be honest about your experiences. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.

You don't need to have everything figured out before your first appointment—our job is to start figuring it out together.
