Great to meet you!

I have my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with adults in DUI court as a therapist who facilitated groups and provided individual therapy to help individuals identify ways to empower them to make changes and reduce addiction.

I also have experience working with children, adolescents, and their families to reduce symptoms of suicidal ideation, legal issues, addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, family issues, etc.

My approach to therapy

I want to help you identify the intervention that work for you while also allowing you the time to express your thoughts and feelings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other like modalities to address concerns.

What you can expect from me

It can be difficult when facing transitions and crisis in your life. I hope that you feel heard and prepared to use the tools to cope with what comes your way. My hope is for someone to leave sessions feeling like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders from being able to release thoughts and feelings and could negatively affect them.
