Great to meet you!

I'm a little nerdy and eclectic as a person. I'm originally from NY state and moved to Colorado over 4 years ago. I'm an avid-hobbyist, plant mom, cat mom and lizard mom. Feel free to ask me about my endless list of interests. I'm confident we can connect over at least one! I look forward to meeting with you and getting to know you as I walk with you along your journey to building the life you desire and deserve :)

My approach to therapy

I'm a rather eclectic therapist, as well. I prefer to take a holistic approach and pull from a wide range of skills and modalities--such as Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR--to meet each client where they are at in the moment. In my experience, a 'one size fits all' approach doesn't honor that every person has a different set of needs and enters therapy for different reasons.

What you can expect from me

YOU are the expert on your life, and it's an honor for me to work along side you to create the life you desire. I aim to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable and confident exploring your inner-self, nurturing your relationships, expanding your deepest curiosities, and healing emotional wounds along the way. I specialize in trauma and (C)PTSD, ADHD/neurodivergency, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My goal is for each client to have a positive therapeutic experience while we're working together.
