Elysia Young

Hi there! My name is Elysia and I am an LCSW currently licensed in Utah. I graduated from SDSU where I received both my BSW and MSW. I have worked in a variety of different populations. I specialize in trauma, primarily those with a PTSD diagnosis who have a history of childhood trauma. I am also passionate about working with conbat veterans, grief and loss, and domestic violence, using a trauma focused approach. I am a fully Certified EMDR Clinician and I am also an EMDR Consultant in Training.

I am passionate about helping clients heal from their past which is the most rewarding part of being a therapist! Our experiences shape who we are. I can help you to work through your trauma so that it no longer impacts your life in a negative way. My evidenced based approach has been proven to help clients heal from any type of trauma.
