Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges and transitions. I began my journey in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a teaching certification for Early Childhood through 6th Grade. This background laid a strong foundation for my passion for child development and family systems. I went on to receive my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the UTSA in 2015.

My approach to therapy

My clinical areas of focus include trauma, abuse, neglect, behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress management. I specialize in creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family I work with. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or an adult looking to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Each session is your time—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and focus on what matters most to you. Whether you're working toward healing, growth, or clarity, our work together is centered around your goals and your pace. My role is to provide a supportive, nurturing space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward. Through compassionate guidance and practical tools, I’m here to help you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
