Great to meet you!

You may be the person who keeps showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure how much longer you can keep carrying it all. Maybe you’ve tried to push through, stay positive, or handle things on your own, but something still feels heavy. Anxiety keeps returning, grief still feels painful, stress feels constant, or a major life change has left you wondering what comes next. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly heard and understood while helping you build the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not about having all the answers before you begin. It is about having a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, explore what has been holding you back, and discover new ways to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical change. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that impact your daily life while building healthier coping strategies, strengthening resilience, and creating realistic steps toward your goals. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I’ll work with you to recognize your strengths, build confidence, and make changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to handling challenges on your own. Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know one another, and talk about what has brought you here. We’ll explore what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to change, and what support would be most helpful moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to share. We’ll take this process one step at a time and create a plan that feels right for you. If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone and begin moving toward a more balanced, connected life, visit my profile to schedule a session. I’d be honored to support you.
