Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege. I have over 10 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. My work is grounded in deep listening, curiosity, and compassion helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy through the Derner Institute of Adelphi University. My training is rooted in psychoanalytic theory, which means I pay close attention to patterns, early experiences, and the deeper emotional threads that shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. At the same time, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, down to earth, and tailored to who you are.
