Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with setting boundaries, people pleasing, or burning out from perfectionism and a constantly full calendar? Maybe you're juggling school, work, relationships, family expectations, and everything else life throws at you while still feeling like you should be doing more. You might be the person others turn to, but underneath the surface you're anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with self doubt.

I'm an LCSW with 9 years of experience working with college students and professionals, with a focus on the queer community, neurodivergent individuals, and people living with chronic illness. I've supported clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, LGBTQ+ identity, complex family and relationship dynamics, substance use, and trauma. I'm trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and executive functioning strategies.

My approach to therapy

It can be challenging to balance everyday life while figuring out what actually works for you. Maybe you struggle to meet deadlines, keep track of everything, shift between tasks, or figure out where to even begin when there's too much on your plate. Add perfectionism, burnout, identity, relationships, or family and community expectations into the mix, and it can be hard to know what you actually need or where your own needs end and everyone else's begin.

These patterns often have roots in earlier relationships and experiences, including family dynamics that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In therapy, we'll explore both the past and present to understand these patterns while building new perspectives, coping skills, and ways of responding that honor your needs.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to identify what you want to change and what might be getting in the way. This might look like setting boundaries with family, working through perfectionism, figuring out why you keep getting stuck, finding ways to manage school or work without constantly feeling behind, building more confidence in yourself, or navigating major life transitions. No matter your goals, I’ll be here to support you with warmth, curiosity, silliness, and honesty.
