Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker with eight years of experience supporting queer communities, neurodiverse individuals, and people living with chronic mental health and medical conditions. I’ve worked extensively with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, LGBTQ+ identity, complex family and relationship dynamics, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and executive functioning skills. These modalities work together to help clients manage feelings of overwhelm, shift unhelpful patterns, and build sustainable systems that work for them. Many of my clients are students or professionals who appear capable on the outside but internally struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt in relationships or work. I work best with clients who want to understand why these patterns repeat and begin shifting them in a sustainable way.

What you can expect from me

In therapy we'll work together to clarify what you want to change and what keeps getting in the way. This might look like setting boundaries with family, working through perfectionist patterns, or starting a challenging new career direction. No matter your goals, I’ll be here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and honesty along the way.
