Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical social worker with 9 years of experience supporting college students and professionals who are queer, neurodivergent, and/or living with chronic illness. I have extensive experience working with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, LGBTQ+ identity, complex family and relationship dynamics, substance use, and trauma. Most of my clients look like they have it together externally but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck beneath the surface, often struggling with executive functioning, perfectionism, people pleasing, or self doubt at work and in relationships.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and executive functioning strategies. We'll explore both past experiences and current patterns to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and reactions, build coping skills, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work best with clients who are curious about why these patterns repeat and want practical, sustainable tools for change.

What you can expect from me

In therapy we'll work together to identify what you want to change and what keeps getting in the way. This might look like setting boundaries with family, working through perfectionism, better understanding your identity, or finding tools to cope with life’s transitions. No matter your goals, I’ll be here to support you with warmth, curiosity, silliness, and honesty.
