Great to meet you!

I love being a flexible therapist, able to support you with whatever unique challenge you're experiencing. With over 18 years of experience working with people, I'm honored to have the opportunity to share my small practice and help improve your life.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve spent countless hours studying human behavior and learning ways to improve our functioning and reduce suffering. I'm proud to practice what I preach. I will not suggest anything to you that I don't believe in. I have earned my Masters of Social Work and have my Bachelors of Science in Family Studies. Learning is one of my favorite things to do in life so I'm constantly nerding out about how to continue to improve and eliminate human suffering.

My approach to therapy

As an experiential learner, I believe in learning by doing. Sitting across a screen does not come naturally to me. It wasn’t until I co-developed an intensive outpatient program based outdoors in nature that I truly realized: the power of connection is what heals, not necessarily the format. We need each other, and getting support from someone who understands the science of life can really help alleviate the burden many people often feel.

What you can expect from me

I hope the first session can be a space for us to clarify expectations, get on the same page about what you want and need out of therapy, and to offer a space for you to feel a little better knowing that I am on your team as you journey to improve your life.
