Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing services to people with mental health concerns. I specialize in psychotherapy for adults dealing with depression, anxiety and other challenges. I have worked extensively with domestic violence and sexual assault victims and those with military/combat trauma. I also help women with family planning, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, or birth trauma.

My approach to therapy

It can be extremely difficult to talk about mental health challenges, especially when you have little or no support, or just feel like those around you don’t understand what you are going through. I have been there and can help you move forward. I use a therapy approach that looks at how your thoughts, feelings and emotions are connected to help you cope with current stressors or process past trauma. Each session is tailored specifically for you.

What you can expect from me

Change can often feel difficult or even frightening, but I can provide you with the tools you need to progress through your life challenges. With these tools in hand, you can improve your mood, self-esteem, habits and relationships, so you can be the best version of yourself and reach resilience!
