My approach to therapy

The goal is to help you build a toolkit for dealing with challenges. In one session, we might work on relaxation techniques or strategies to manage anxiety. In another, we might delve into understanding the roots of certain behaviors and emotions. This helps build both insight and practical skills to support you outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with a brief check-in, discussing any updates or changes since our last session. We’ll set small, achievable goals for the session based on what’s most pressing for you, whether it's managing stress, improving relationships, or working through past experiences.
