My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My work is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, and strengths-based approaches. Depending on your needs, we may explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and physical responses while developing practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
