Great to meet you!

I have 6 years of experience in clinical care and crisis intervention. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a master's degree in social work and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety and mood disorders, and individuals who are wanting to process trauma or underlying causes to their symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use a more integrative approach, selecting therapies that have strong evidential support. I prefer various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques in addition to motivational interviewing (MI) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to work with someone who is supportive, understanding, and committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment, ideal for healing.
