Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest battles are the ones nobody sees. You may be struggling to hold your marriage together, carrying the weight of family expectations, grieving someone you love, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, anger, or painful experiences from your past. With over ten years of experience supporting couples and families through ministry, I understand how deeply our relationships, upbringing, cultural values, and personal struggles shape who we become. My passion is helping individuals, especially men who feel pressured to always be strong, and couples and families break unhealthy patterns, rebuild trust, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe understanding why you feel or react a certain way is just as important as learning how to change it. Whether you're constantly replaying conversations, experiencing panic attacks, struggling with unwanted thoughts, or finding yourself shutting down or lashing out during disagreements, we'll work together to uncover what's driving those patterns. I'll help you challenge thoughts that keep you stuck, process painful memories at a pace that feels safe, and develop practical ways to manage your emotions and communicate more effectively. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to walk into our first session knowing exactly what to say or how to explain what you're going through. Whether you're dealing with tension at home, struggling to control your emotions, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately, we'll start with what's been weighing on you the most. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment free space where you can speak openly without feeling pressured to share more than you're ready for. Together, we'll begin identifying what you want to change and what a healthier, more peaceful life could look like for you.
