Great to meet you!

You may be navigating anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, or trying to better understand who you are and what you want from your relationships. Perhaps you’ve been feeling stuck, struggling with focus and motivation, or noticing patterns you’re ready to change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, attention-related challenges such as ADD/ADHD, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy should be a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences without judgment. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, recognize your strengths, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins by recognizing your strengths and identifying practical steps toward the life you want to create. My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, drawing from Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A strengths-based approach helps you recognize the abilities and resources you already have, even when it’s difficult to see them yourself. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy helps us identify what’s working, clarify your goals, and build on small, achievable changes. Through ACT, we can explore how to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while taking actions that align with your personal values. Together, we’ll look at the patterns affecting your emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of identity, while developing strategies that feel meaningful and realistic for you. Our work will be tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on helping you build self-awareness, flexibility, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are a chance to slow down, reflect, and focus on what matters most to you. We’ll begin by discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, we’ll establish goals collaboratively and identify practical ways to move toward them. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve exploring anxiety or low mood, understanding attention-related challenges, working through relationship patterns, or making sense of questions surrounding identity and personal growth. We’ll recognize progress along the way, adjust our approach when needed, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or a stronger connection with yourself, we can work together to help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.
