Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years, and began work as a therapist in 2020. I primarily counsel individuals working to cope and manage daily stressors, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults 18 and up, navigating various struggles that may be challenging to manage alone.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals where they feel most comfortable, but I am not afraid to pull you out of that comfort zone. I have an integrative approach, working to find the methods that will work best for you in the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Our first meetings are typically opportunities for you to provide me with your narrative. Why are you here with me today? What are you hoping to accomplish? Rapport building is essential and my goal is to make you feel welcome and safe, and I do my best to prove this as early as possible.
