Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with emerging adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, infertility, perinatal and postpartum concerns (including postpartum depression for all genders), panic disorder, grief, loneliness, parenting challenges, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I also support individuals exploring questions about parenthood, relationship issues, work/life balance, and social anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and nonjudgmental—rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify your strengths, and develop tools that help you live more intentionally and in alignment with your values. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is a courageous step toward healing and self-discovery. I currently offer in-person and online sessions weekdays.
