Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over five years of experience providing client-centered therapy to children and adolescents. I earned my graduate degree from Texas Tech University and use evidence-based approaches to support clients navigating life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on helping children and teens with behavior management, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and social skills development. I tailor each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the child, using age-appropriate and engaging strategies to support growth and positive change. I also value collaboration with caregivers, recognizing the important role families play in a child’s emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves and move toward their goals.
