Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker practicing in California and Massachusetts, with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s more complex and overwhelming moments. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and grounded space where you can show up as you are without pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to understand yourself better, we’ll work together to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person I work with. I draw on evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to support both insight and practical change.

At the core, my work is relational and strengths-based. I aim to help you better understand patterns, process past experiences, including trauma, and build tools to support your day-to-day life. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical. We won’t just talk about past or present issues; we’ll also explore how to move forward in a way that aligns with you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin building a sense of trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any questions or concerns you might have about the process.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you don’t need to filter yourself. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, while also identifying areas we can focus on together.
