Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor #7941 and a Nationally Certified Counselor #758854. I earned my MA from University of Holy Cross in 2016 with a concentration in clinical mental health. I have background working in various mental health settings including: inpatient psychiatric and behavioral health hospitals, intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for chronically mentally ill patients, as well as, private practice. These varied experiences, along with my own life experiences and hardships have shaped how I show up as a therapist.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about having meaningful conversations that help gain clarity, build stronger relationships, and reconnect with themselves. The approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques, combined with a personalized touch, because every person and relationship is unique. The focus is on addressing challenges such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. Life can present tough obstacles, and the aim is to help navigate through them, regain balance, and get back on track.

What you can expect from me

A safe and supportive environment is created where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. The goal is to support clients in taking the next step toward a healthier, happier life.
