Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker with experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex stressors. I’ve worked in hospital and community-based settings, where I focus on meeting people where they are and helping them feel understood - not judged.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and practical. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, while also focusing on real-life tools you can actually use outside of sessions.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you - what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you’re hoping to get out of this process.

You can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental conversation where you can go at your own pace. By the end, we’ll start identifying goals and next steps so you leave with a clear sense of direction.
