Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist for 20 years, I've helped many people like you get relief from current emotional distress and past experiences. Are you lying awake at night with your mind racing, so exhausted it's a struggle to keep going? Holding on to thoughts and feelings that seem too difficult or shameful to share? Do your loved ones and coworkers think you have it all together, but inside you feel like you’re not enough, frustrated, worried all the time, and can’t focus?

A bit about my approach to therapy

We often put on a happy face in order to be accepted, only to wind up feeling more alone, fearful, and sad. Like you, my clients start therapy feeling like the weight of the world will never be lifted from their shoulders, and they just want to feel normal again. In therapy, I develop a trusting relationship with my clients so they feel safe as they build coping skills to deal with strong emotions, conflicts and difficult memories. They gain insight into their hidden strengths and true identity.

What you can expect from our first session

Imagine dislodging old patterns and manifesting the life you want. I'll help you find your voice, your self-compassion, and step into your worth. You deserve a place to unpack it all, while being truly seen and heard through words, creativity, and mindfulness tools that work with the whole person—mind, body & spirit. If you’re ready to transform your isolation, fear, and sadness into real belonging, purpose and joy, this is absolutely within reach! I would love to help you get there. Let's talk!
