Great to meet you!

I work with adults, young adults, and college/graduate students navigating the anxiety and loneliness of major life transitions. I focus on supporting those struggling with perfectionism, relational stress, and the intense pressure of demanding academic and career environments. I received my BA in psychology from Stanford University and earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from The Wright Institute. I completed my Doctoral Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of San Francisco's Counseling and Psychological Services where I provided therapy services to undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, I have clinical experience supporting adults and adolescents across community mental health and school settings.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, authentic, and engaging style to therapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, and I tailor the therapy to your personal needs and goals. Some people seek therapy to develop coping skills and problem-solving strategies, while others desire deeper insight into themselves and their relationships with others. My style of therapy is integrative: I draw from different evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and psychodynamic interventions based on your personal needs.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with you to help you better understand yourself and the problems you are facing, while also providing you with strategies to effectively cope with these challenges. In the first session, I will ask you questions about your current struggles and about your background. We will work together to determine your goals for therapy. If you’re ready to move past the weight of constant pressure, let’s work together to build a more sustainable and resilient way forward.
