Great to meet you!

It is hard to be human, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help youth, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist and yoga teacher, I integrate trauma-informed therapy with mindfulness and body-based practices to help you feel grounded, resilient, and connected. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. We will create a plan that reflects your goals and honors your experience. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with yoga-informed practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement to bridge mind and body, build skills, and develop tools you can use outside sessions.

What you can expect from me

You deserve support. Together, we will create a space for you to breathe and learn how to fully embrace the journey being human.
