My path to becoming a therapist was driven by a deep need to help others untangle the complex challenges of their inner world. From chronic anxiety to trauma, disordered eating or substance use, I understand how these struggles intersect and erode your sense of self. I’ve guided clients through these interconnected issues, focusing on rebuilding resilience and self-compassion. With a blend of education and lived experience, I offer personalized care tailored to your unique needs.

My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, DBT and IFS with a trauma-informed, holistic perspective. This allows us to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals, with progress defined by the things that matter to you.

With flexible virtual or in-person sessions available during lunch hours and after work, we’ll make therapy & healing fit into your busy life, helping you progress on your own terms.

Therapy with me is about more than talking—starting at the initial intake interview, we’ll dig deep to uncover the roots of your distress. I work best with those who are ready to break out of old patterns and embrace new perspectives and strategies.
