Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while also helping clients build meaningful insight and lasting change. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and person-centered approaches, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools for growth. My style is supportive, direct, and collaborative, balancing validation with gentle challenges that encourage meaningful change. Together, we work to build resilience, self-compassion, and confidence both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the challenges and strengths that are shaping your current experience. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of our session, you’ll have a better understanding of how we can work together and what next steps may support your growth and healing.
