Great to meet you!

Licensed therapist in Louisiana helping adolescents and families navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions with supportive, goals-focused care.

Therapy is a wonderful tool that can help us to navigate the harder times in life. It can help us to connect - really connect - with ourselves on a deeper level. To reset, redefine, and heal. This can help us connect better with those we love.

Wherever you are and whatever you are facing, I affirm you taking the brave step of focusing on your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I strive to truly get to know my clients. I want to understand what may have led to your current situation, what relationships matter most to you, and what your goals are. I will help you to process where you've been and how you want to grow. We will look at your beliefs and how those affect your actions and feelings. I will respect you, support you, and, at times, challenge you as we work together.

What you can expect from me

We will do an introductory session to get to know each other. It's important that you feel like your therapist is a good fit.
