Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, perfectionism, and neurodivergence. Many of my clients have spent years masking, putting others first, or feeling like they have to be perfect just to keep up. Others are navigating major life changes or discovering they may be autistic or ADHD later in life. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. Together, we'll build insight into the patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—I don't just listen, but actively engage with you by asking questions, offering insight, and gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, strengthen your relationships, and work toward meaningful, lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding your story. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's been feeling difficult, what's working, and what you'd like to see change. You'll also have plenty of space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer idea of where we're headed together.
