Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I have experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, substance use, and life transitions, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while also focusing on building insight, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills you can use in your daily life. I believe that seeking support is a meaningful step toward growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, you can go at your own pace. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and what progress might look like for you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood from the very beginning.
