Great to meet you!

Sometimes our lives can feel messy. It can be easy to assume that nothing will change, and that life is just bracing for impact. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through the process of letting your life and mental health change in a positive direction.

My approach to therapy

I am a down-to-earth therapist and believe that authenticity is extremely important in a therapeutic relationship. Often using humor in sessions, I am relational and compassionate. I use an eclectic approach to therapy instead of a "one size fits all" philosophy. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Inter Family Systems with a person centered and relational approach.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I get to know you to have a better understanding of how you are experiencing life at that time. Together, we talk about goals for therapy. I create a warm and positive atmosphere where my you can truly be heard-- therapy is your time and your space!
