I have working with diverse populations including children to elderly adults. I have experience supporting and working alongside at-risk families addressing complex family dynamics and conflict and helping with reunification processes. I also have experience assessing and offering therapeutic interventions to individuals during prenatal and postnatal seasons, challenging medical situations, and those experiencing mental health crisis.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic and person in environment approach. I primarily utilize motivational interviewing as well as solution focused intervention and cognitive behavioral therapy interventions while working with clients.
