Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have experience treating depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, addiction, trauma, anxiety, dissociative disorders, and many more. I believe in understanding the whole person and take a thorough approach in assessing childhood, biological, and systemic factors that effect ones overall wellbeing. I have been honored to assist my client's in identifying and challenging limiting patterns that keep them from connecting with others as well as themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collaborative one. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy as a starting point and incorporate additional modalities once a rapport has been established. I am excited to offer client's the opportunity to incorporate expressive writing and other arts based tools as an additional means of self expression and processing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss what brought you to therapy at this particular time, current stressors, and any necessary background information. Clients will leave their first session with a worksheet to assist them in setting goals for therapy.
