Great to meet you!

I support children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and family challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor, I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what’s weighing on them, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth with clarity, confidence, and care.

My approach to therapy

I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem and confidence issues, depression, social skills development, depression and grief. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is one of the approaches I use because it emphasizes strengths, hope, and positive change. Rather than dwelling on problems, SFBT helps clients identify achievable goals and recognize the skills and resources they already possess. This collaborative approach empowers clients to make practical changes, build confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take things at your pace. I will ask what brought you here and what you are hoping to get out of therapy, and together we will start mapping out a direction that fits your life. You do not need to have it all figured out before we meet. Most clients leave that first conversation feeling less alone and more hopeful, like they have finally found a space where someone is genuinely in their corner.
