Great to meet you!

I support children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, women's issues, grief, and family challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor, I offer a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space to talk about what is weighing on you. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth with more clarity, confidence, and self compassion.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I help children, teens, and adults with anxiety, emotional regulation, self esteem, confidence, depression, social skills, and grief. I often use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, which centers on strengths, hope, and realistic change. Instead of staying stuck in problems, we focus on your goals and the skills you already have. This collaborative approach supports practical steps forward and a greater sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will go at your pace. I will ask what brought you here, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what life feels like day to day. Together, we will start mapping out a direction that fits your needs and stage of life. You do not need to have anything figured out before we meet. Many clients leave the first session feeling less alone and more hopeful, with a sense that someone is truly in their corner.
