Great to meet you!

I have been licensed for 15 years and working 20 yrs in the field. I went to USC and then started working with eating disorders in a residential facility. I spent 11 yrs working in a PHP program for eating disorders doing DBT therapy. I am very passionate about helping people heal trauma and getting to know themselves on a deep soul level. I am trained in EMDR and IFS. I also study shamanism and sometimes use that in sessions. I love deep meaningful work with people.

My approach to therapy

I think many of our problems arise from unhealed trauma and pain from our past. I use EMDR, IFS, mindfulness techniques inner child work, nervous system regulation skills to help people find the best versions of themselves.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to get to know yourself in a deeper way in a completely warm, caring, nonjudgmental environment. We set goals that you want to work on and come up with a treatment plan together that feels good for you.
