Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem, and other difficult seasons of life.

My background includes working with clients from a variety of ages, cultures, and life experiences, which has shaped my belief that therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity into the therapy room and strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. My style is warm and conversational, while also being active and intentional. I’ll meet you where you are, while helping you recognize patterns, gently challenging you when needed, and providing practical tools you can use outside of sessions.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and DBT, while also incorporating attachment-based and insight-oriented work. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful changes that feel realistic and lasting.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll also spend some time collecting relevant history and asking some important questions to help me get a fuller picture of you, your experiences, and what you’d like to work on. And if you’re not quite sure what your goals are yet, that’s completely okay—we’ll figure them out together!

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to turn those goals into meaningful progress.
