Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Pennsylvania, but residing in Florida since 2023. I have 10 years of experience working with individuals suffering from mental health and substance use disorders. I also specialize in trauma and offer a very warm, caring approach. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, know that you don't have to carry this alone. I offer a warm, nurturing space where your journey—mind, body, and spirit—is held with compassion. Instead of just focusing on the past, we’ll work together to find your inner resources and create small, tangible steps toward a life that feels lighter and more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates solution-focused tools with a holistic lens, honoring your sense of self and spiritual beliefs as a source of strength. Whether you're navigating the complexities of substance use or seeking peace in your mental health, our work will focus on what is possible for your future, not just what has happened in your past. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.

What you can expect from me

If the weight of past trauma or the cycle of substance use has left you feeling disconnected from yourself, please know that healing is possible. I provide a warm, nurturing space where you are seen as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. Together, we will honor your journey, integrating your spiritual values and inner wisdom to help you reclaim your sense of peace.

Our work is solution-focused, meaning we won't just dwell on what’s wrong; we’ll actively build toward the life you want. By identifying your unique strengths and creating small, tangible behavioral changes, we can shift from just getting through the day to making the most of them. I am here to offer the guidance and support you need to step into a future that feels lighter, more purposeful, and truly yours.
