Great to meet you!
I am a warm and compassionate therapist with five years of experience working in private practice prior to joining Headway. I received my Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, where I focused on working with children, young adults, and families. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and eating disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I believe therapy is a space to feel heard, understood, and supported while developing the tools and insight needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them work toward their goals, build confidence, and reach their truest potential in life.
