Great to meet you!

Sharing your life with a stranger is no easy task. It takes courage to start the journey of therapy. I believe in building that relationship by helping people at their pace in a comfortable and respectful way. I hope to provide the space to safely explore emotions and past experiences together to ultimately achieve the goals we have set in mind.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to be warm and trauma-informed; while remaining flexible and eclectic. My experience derives from my psychoanalytical program at Chestnut Hill as well as my current practicing of EMDR and other trauma-informed methods. My bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience also boosts my understanding of how our experiences affect our physical bodies.

Informally, I take a personal interest in learning and working with Attachment Styles, IFS, CBT, ACT, ERP, and DBT based skills.

What you can expect from me

I know that regardless of technique, it is important to have an open, honest relationship with the client. Being able to understand creates the foundation of trust, which is what really allows both therapy and the self to flourish and blossom.
